Governance

We're a charitable incorporated organisation with a board of nine unpaid trustees, including two parents from partner schools and one former club member. Trustees serve a maximum of two three-year terms. The board meets six times a year and minutes are available on request.

Safeguarding

Every volunteer completes an enhanced DBS check and a half-day safeguarding course before their first session, with refreshers annually. Our safeguarding policy is reviewed every year by the board and is available on request.

Other ways to give

  • Bank transfer: account name as registered; sort code and account number on request from finance@example.com
  • Gift Aid: if you pay UK tax, complete the declaration we send with your first gift and we claim an extra 25%
  • Payroll giving: ask your employer; many match donations
  • A gift in your will: even 1% of an estate funds a breakfast club for a year — email legacy@example.com for a conversation, not a sales pitch

Fundraising promise

We're registered with the Fundraising Regulator. We don't cold-call, we don't sell or swap supporter data, and you can change how we contact you at any time with one email.
